Try the house special, Phnom Penh Noodles: a soup featuring shrimp and a few different cuts of pork, plus your choice of noodles (small or big rice noodles, small or big egg noodles, or a mix. For more adventurous types, try the Chluy Bowl, another soup featuring beef intestine, pork rinds, and quail eggs. Beyond soup, Phnom Penh Noodle Shack also offers stir-fried noodles, rice porridge, and delicious side options. Be sure to try the Cha Quai, a deep-fried, donut-like breadstick.
HiroNori Craft Ramen
Founded by friends Hiro Igarashi and Nori Akasaka in 2017, HiroNori Craft Ramen now has seven California locations and was listed in the 2019 Michelin guide. If you’re expecting quality ramen from this restaurant, you won’t be disappointed. HiroNori offers several ramen options, bowl creations with toppings ranging from pork to salmon poke, and side dishes such as pork buns and edamame.

Manaow
Manaow aims to capture the essence of Bangkok cuisine with a wide range of tempting dishes, from street-food-inspired plates to rice-based meals and, of course, noodles. While noodles aren’t the only thing Manaow offers, they do have some rave-review-worthy choices.
