Fall has arrived! However, as the weather cools, you may be looking for a drink to keep you warm. Fear not this scary season, we’ve got you covered with the best festive adult cocktails inspired by the season!
Pumpkin Pie Martini
I wanted to get this list off to a good start with a classic. The pinnacle of this season’s festive cocktails are pumpkin pie martinis. There isn’t a bar in the country where this classic isn’t on the special’s menu this time of year.
This seasonal beauty captures the essence of fall while remaining faithful to a tried-and-true recipe. That being said, this drink is for people with a sweet tooth. Essentially, this is pumpkin pie in a glass, but with a nice kick thanks to the vodka. Absolute vodka is used in this recipe, although any vodka would do; nonetheless, vanilla vodka is recommended.
This cocktail has the advantage of using relatively few components that aren’t difficult to come by. Most of these ingredients, such as cinnamon sticks and ground pumpkin spice, are in high demand this time of year and are easy to come by.
But it’s the cinnamon sugar rim around the glass that really sets this cocktail apart from its competitors. It’s a major game-changer that ties the entire drink together.

Apple Cider Mimosa
This next drink is a true game changer, and 100% guaranteed to “wow” any Autumn brunch crowd. This delightfully refreshing cocktail is incredibly simple, yet decedent and stylish.
The most impressive aspect of this cocktail is that it just alters one ingredient: the orange juice is replaced with apple cider. This small distinction pairs beautifully with the changing colors of the leaves as the weather cools.
Its coloring and flavor are ideal for the harvest season’s weather. Aside from a bit of crisp apple cider, this mimosa goes a step further by adding a rim of cinnamon sugar to bring everything together.
Any festive cocktail should be easy to make and pleasurable to drink, after all, this is the season of relaxation. Not to mention that mimosas give us an excuse to drink before 1pm…

Maple Old-Fashioned
This specific cocktail is possibly my favorite. I consider myself a gluten when it comes to whiskey cocktails. But I’m particularly enthralled when a whiskey cocktail is inspired by my favorite season.
This recipe combines everything we love about an old-fashioned, such as orange zest, maraschino cherries, and bitters, with maple syrup for a pleasant and homey flavor.
Yes, you read that correctly: maple syrup. This drink may not be good for your calorie counter, but it is good for your heart.
This old-fashioned will not disappoint you whether you’re lying around in the gloomy autumn weather or unwinding on a wonderful lazy Sunday.

Black Magic Margarita
There was no way I was going to make this list without including a shot of tequila. This margarita will liven up any Halloween celebration, whether it’s at home or at the office. After all, a good amount of tequila can make you believe that this cocktail is genuinely magical.
This drink is made in the same way as a regular margarita, but with the addition of black food coloring to make it look like a frightening elixir. If you can’t find black food coloring, mix together blue, red, and green food coloring until you get the color you want. Go for it if you want it to be a little brighter! You can make it look like a pumpkin by using orange food coloring!
The black sugar rim adds the finishing touch to this margarita. Black sanding sugar can be found in most supermarkets’ baking sections. Normally, salt is used, but during Halloween season, I believe we can make an exception.

Apple Cider Mojito
Rum cocktails may not be the first thing that comes to mind when thinking of fall drinks. This mojito, on the other hand, entirely transforms that and produces a truly festive mojito at this time of year.
This recipe combines the tanginess of lime with the sweetness of fresh apple cider, as well as the refreshing flavor of muddled mint leaves. After all, when the temperature cools, your mint should cool your cocktails too!
This drink goes a step further than the majority. The rum is poured over rocks and freshly cut apple slices in addition to the apple cider. This combines the sweetness of the cider with the essence of truly natural fruit flavorings. The pleasant kick of freshly ground nutmeg complements the traditional garnish of crisp mint sprigs, reminding you of the season.
Your company will not expect autumn-inspired mojitos, but they will be greatly appreciated.
