Love Long Beach Festival is returning July 22-23 to celebrate the spirit of Long Beach with wellness, music, and food. This year features 50 DJs, live musicians, invigorating yoga sessions, transformative workshops, enlightening talks, and an incredible atmosphere that’ll illuminate the Shoreline Marina.
This year, Love Long Beach Festival will feature more than 50 vendors offering an assortment of products and services, including massages, clothing, henna art, CBD products, crystals, and much more. Additionally, there will be over 20 food trucks and food vendors with multiple plant-based, organic, and vegan options to cater to various dietary preferences. Feel free to indulge in tasty treats, explore the vendor village for unique finds, showcase your dance moves on any of the vibrant dance floors, draw inspiration from workshops and facilitators, or simply let the sunny vibes guide your experience.
One of the highlights of the festival is the Healing Arts Village & Sanctuary, hosted by Long Beach Light Tribe. Here, attendees can indulge in various healing modalities such as yoga, art therapy, sound baths, flow arts, reiki, crystal healing, acupuncture, and more. The services offered at the Healing Arts Village are provided by donation, ensuring that everyone can access these rejuvenating experiences.
Kids are welcome to join the festivities too! The Kids Village offers a Waldorf-inspired playing and learning environment for families and children of all ages. This year, childcare services will be available from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The Kids Village will feature an array of games, arts and crafts, nature-based toys, dancing, storytelling, singing, cozy spaces, and a resting tent. These activities provide ample opportunities for children to learn and engage their minds, hearts, and hands.
For attendees who are looking forward to the music, the Subtract Stage, hosted by Subtract Music, takes center at Love Long Beach Festival. Since 2015, Subtract Music has been responsible for producing the festival, curating the music, sound, stages, and many other intricate details that contribute to the success of this event. They’re bringing you the sounds of underground electronic music so you can dance all day and night under the colorful lights that shine on Lions Lighthouse.
In collaboration with Subtract Music, Momentive Records and Synaptik Events join forces to present the Noise Stage. This stage offers an eclectic ensemble of bass music, showcasing the most current sounds in the world of electronic bass. From drum & bass, wompy, heavy, and glitchy bass music, this stage promises an auditory experience for all bass enthusiasts and beat scene junkies.
For those seeking a musical experience other than electronic music, the StarGate Stage awaits, featuring live bands, and native tribal ceremonies. Enjoy performances from artists such as Cello Azul, Celestial Ceraphim, Izzy Outerspace, and many more!
