Coyote Elote

Coyote Elote fuses American-style roasted corn with Mexican-style street elote and takes this savory snack to new heights. Get your esquites drizzled with colorful toppings to give your corn bowl an aesthetic look that’s Instagram-worthy. They offer classic corn on the cob, but if you’re in the mood to try something new you can get it dusted in Doritos, Takis, and Hot Cheetos chips.

Catch Padre from Downtown Long Beach serving up beef barbacoa, chicken pastor, pork carnitas, and veggie tacos! After the festivities, you can visit them at their restaurant on the corner of Broadway and Atlantic to check out their full menu of authentic Latin cuisine. Join them for dinner on Taco Tuesdays for $3 tacos and $8 margaritas, then, head upstairs to Mezcalero for more craft cocktails that offer a taste of their selection of tequila and mezcal.


Michefresca King

Michefresca King is not your average aguas frescas joint; their selection of juices and horchatas are served with an array of toppings that make their drinks burst with flavor. You can find them serving the coffee horchata shown here and other fan favorites such as their chamoy dragonfruit lemonade topped with slices of watermelon and Mexican lollipops. In addition to their drinks, they’ll also be serving up mouthwatering pupusas.


El Barrio Cantina

El Barrio Cantina is joining the festivities at Taco and Tequila Festival! They’ll be offering select tacos from their restaurant menu and serving them up with their signature griddled cheese. El Bario is a modern Mexican tapas restaurant that is located along Long Beach’s Retro Row.  They are known for their innovative recipes and unique craft cocktails that put a spin on classic Mexican dishes and drinks. Visit them after the festival to try out their unique dishes like birria lasagna, birria ramen, and Mexican hot fried chicken.

Ma’at Vegan

Non-meat eaters at Taco and Tequila Festival can indulge in the vegan delicacies of Ma’at Vegan. Try their “birria” or “tinga” tacos made of jackfruit slow braised in a mixture of peppers and seasoning and topped with pickled onion and cilantro. They also offer sandwiches and plates that feature fried oyster mushrooma fungus known for tasting like chicken!
