Together they form POW! WOW!, which is a Native American term that describes a gathering that celebrates culture, music, and art.
This week-long event brought stunning art to many dim walls by combining street art and mural paintings. POW WOW week beautified the city that is unique to Long Beach. Watch below as the famous Southern Californian duo, The Draculas, worked through the night to create a story at the V Room on Fourth Street.
